When you find someone to build your site who will work with you from start to finish to be sure it is what you want, you are ready for finalize the deal. Also be sure your deal includes teaching you how to run the site too so you don’t need to pay someone to run it for you.

Once your site is built and you are comfortable adding and removing things from it, you are ready to start advertising and getting word out. A good way to start that doesn’t cost you anything is to use social media like FaceBook and Twitter. You can start with your personal accounts and then create accounts for your handcraft ecommerce site. This will provide a good start and you can expand your advertising from there.
